Would you like to start the day with a healthy breakfast? Than this fruit of the forest smoothie is perfect for you. Taste the delicious flavours of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
Ideal as a snack.


  • 125 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 125 g EAT ME raspberries
  • 125 g EAT ME blackberries
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 1 banana
  • 500 ml (organic) apple juice

Let's get to work

  1. Rinse the blackberries, raspberries and blueberries and put them in a blender or measuring cup.
  2. Peel the banana and add to the forest fruit.
  3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze it. Add the juice to the mixture.
  4. Use a stick mixer or blender to mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the smoothie into the glasses.
