In the summer we feel like lovely light and fruity recipes. This fresh summer salad is very filling and only contains healthy ingredients. Just by looking at this salad you can't wait for the summer to start.

Ingredients

  • 2 EAT ME kiwis
  • 3 chicories
  • 150 g mixed lettuce
  • 75 g blue grapes
  • 25 g walnuts
  • 75 g plum tomatoes
  • 1 orange
  • 150 g goat cheese

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Remove the ends of the chicory and cut coarsely.
  2. Peel the orange and slice in wedges.
  3. Peel the kiwis and cut lengthwise in half. Then slice the kiwi in wedges. Rinse the plum tomatoes and the grapes. Slice the plum tomatoes and grapes in half. Mix the chicory and the mixed lettuce and put in a large bowl.
  4. Put the grapes, plum tomatoes, orange and kiwi on the salad.
  5. Put the walnuts on the salad. Crumble or cut the goat cheese and put on the salad as well.
