Mint tea is a big hit! It is lovely and fresh because of the fresh mint, that's why it is so refreshing on a hot summers day. No wonder mint tea is so popular in Morocco. Make a large pot and enjoy with your friends or family. For the ultimate Moroccan tea-experience: Serve some delicious sweet biscuits along with it.


  • 30 g EAT ME mint
  • honey (optional)
  • brown sugar cubes (optional)

Let's get to work

  1. Boil 1 litre of water in a kettle.
  2. Rinse the mint.
  3. Divide the mint over 4 tea glasses. Pour the boiling water on top of the mint. Let it seep for 3 minutes.
  4. Add honey or brown sugar to taste.


Fresh mint tea is wonderful at a high tea. Especially combined with cinnamon biscuits tastes great.
