Have you ever heard it is good for you to drink water with lime in the morning? This fresh tea made of lime and mint is the perfect solution. The fresh and aromatic flavour of the lime in combination with the mint will do you good.


  • 4 EAT ME limes
  • 20 g EAT ME mint
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional)

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the lime in two. Squeeze the juice by hand or use a fork to squeeze the juice out.
  2. Bring 1 litre of water to the boil in a saucepan and add the lime juice.
  3. Simmer gently for 3 minutes. Add 1 cinnamon stick if you like. Take the pan off the heat and let it sit for a few minutes.
  4. Use a sieve to pour the tea from saucepan.
  5. Rinse the mint and divide over 4 tea glasses. Pour the lime tea into the glasses.
