We love to stir-fry! Not just because it is delicious, but also because it is quick and very healthy. Because the vegetables only get warmed up shortly they retain their most important nutritional values. By adding ginger as a tasty and slightly spicy flavour and the refreshing taste of lemon grass you don't need to add a sauce any more.


  • 150 g EAT ME ginger
  • 2 stems EAT ME lemon grass
  • 200 g EAT ME haricots verts
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 150 g leek
  • 150 g large carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 el olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pepper & salt

Let's get to work

  1. Rinse the haricots verts and cut off the ends.
  2. Slice the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and cut in strips. Finely slice the onion.
  3. Peel the carrot. Slice in strips.
  4. Slice the leek into large rings and rinse them.
  5. Use the olive oil to stir-fry the vegetables for about 2 minutes on medium heat.
  6. Slice the ginger in coarse pieces. Rinse the lemon grass and slice in pieces.
  7. Add both to the stir-fried vegetables and add the crushed garlic. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes on medium heat.
  8. Add pepper and salt to taste.
