Go all out with this festive fruit bowl! Perfect for dessert, as a side dish during a winter barbecue or just as a healthy snack.


Fruit and quantity of your choice, in this recipe:

  • EAT ME pitahaya
  • EAT ME mangos
  • EAT ME passion fruit
  • EAT ME kiwis
  • EAT ME strawberries
  • EAT ME blueberries
  • EAT ME physalis

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango slicer. Then cut some strips in the seedless flesh, without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Push the mango's peel in so that the cubes of mango stick out.
  2. Halve the pitahaya or cut into slices.
  3. Rinse the blueberries and strawberries. Halve the strawberries and the passionfruit.
  4. Make kiwi crowns by carving v-shaped cuts, till the centre of the kiwi all the way around.
  5. Open the physalis.
  6. Mix the fruit according to your own taste in a large bowl.
