Looking for a healthy snack for the kids? Or perhaps a healthy treat for school, daycare or work? These exotic fruit skewers look nice and festive and are easily prepared beforehand.

Ingredients

  • 125 g EAT ME Kiwi Berries
  • 250 g EAT ME strawberries
  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 12 skewers

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Rinse the kiwi berries and strawberries. Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice the kiwi berries lengthwise in half.
  2. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango cutter. Then cut some strips in the seedless flesh, without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the cubes from the mango.
  3. Thread alternately a kiwi berry, mango cube and strawberry on the skewer. Keep repeating on the same skewer.
