Treat yourself to a delicious breakfast. This breakfast takes a bit of preparation, but is definitely worth it when you taste it.


  • 1 EAT ME maracuja
  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 2 L of yoghurt
  • 40 g shredded coconut
  • 200 g mixed nuts

Let's get to work

  1. Place a clean tea towel in a strainer and hang it in a bowl.
  2. Pour the yoghurt in the tea towel. Put this in the fridge for 8 hours so that the moisture is removed from the yoghurt.
  3. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango cutter. Then cut some strips in the seedless flesh, without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch patter. Spoon then cubes from the mango.
  4. Keep half the cubes aside and puree the other half of the mango.
  5. Cut the maracuja in half and scoop out the jelly-like pulp and mix it with the mango puree.
  6. Put half of the curd into the bowls and pour half the mango maracuja sauce over it. Repeat this.
  7. Garnish with the coconut and other nuts.
