  • Sugar snaps with yoghurt dip

A nice, healthy crunchy snack.

Ingredients

  • 150 g EAT ME sugar snaps
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 5 g EAT ME chives
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 25 g cherry tomatoes
  • 250 ml yoghurt
  • pepper & salt

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Rinse the bell pepper, cut in half and remove the seeds. Rinse the cucumber and the cherry tomatoes. Then peel the carrot.
  2. Slicet the bell pepper, cucumber and carrot into thin strips. Leave the cherry tomatoes whole, in one piece.
  3. Cut the lime in half. Squeeze the juice from the fruit.
  4. Rinse and finely cut the chives.
  5. Make a dip by mixing the yoghurt, lime juice and chives together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Put all the vegetables in a bowl and serve with the dipping sauce.
