Would you like to make a vegetarian snack to go with your Christmas drinks? Thread the crispy mini corn on a skewer and you can dip them in a delicious guacamole, for example.

Ingredients

  • 600 g EAT ME mini corn
  • 5 g parsley
  • 10 g sesame seeds
  • 30 g hazelnuts
  • 30 g shaved almonds
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Finely chop the spring onions and the parsley.
  2. Crush the hazelnuts.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a stir-fry pan.
  4. Fry the mini corn until they start to turn golden brown.
  5. Put the sesame seeds, the hazelnuts and the almonds in the stir-fry pan. Stir fry this briefly, until the nuts start to colour golden brown.
  6. Season the mini corn with salt and pepper.
