An easy meal that is ready in 30 minutes. That's perfect! Especially if the meal is full of vegetables. Children love chips and by cutting vegetables into chips, eating vegetables is great fun!


Crispy chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 200 g cornflakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tsp chicken seasoning

Vegetable chips

  • 1 large EAT ME sweet potato
  • 2 EAT ME parsnips
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 sweet pointed pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Put the cornflakes in a plastic bag and close it securely. Gently beat the cornflakes with a hard object (eg. a rolling pin) to make small crumbs.
  3. Beat eggs in a bowl and put the cornflakes in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with the chicken seasoning and coat the chicken breasts with the egg, and then the cornflakes. Place the chicken breasts on a baking tray.
  5. Peel the parsnips and the sweet potato. Cut the parsnips, sweet potato, courgette and sweet pointed pepper into chips and spread on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
  6. Bake the chicken and vegetable chips in the oven together until tender for about 25 minutes.
