Who does not love biscuits? Often biscuits are very sweet therefore we have added cranberries to these biscuits. These are lovely and crisp and balance the flavours. With some chocolate in it, it's a real treat.

Ingredients

  • 175 g EAT ME cranberries
  • 250 g rolled oats
  • 450 g buckwheat flour
  • 50 g grated coconut
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 250 g cane sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
  • ¼ dl milk
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • salt

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Mix the butter with the egg, cane sugar and milk.
  3. Add the cinnamon, a pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, grated coconut and rolled oats to the dough and mix well.
  5. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Mix the chocolate and cranberries together first and then fold into the dough.
  6. Divide the dough into 15 pieces and make balls. Press them down a bit.
  7. Bake the biscuits for about 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow the biscuits to cool for about 30 minutes.
