  • 3 EAT ME kiwis
  • 3 g EAT ME chives
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 200 g couscous
  • 4 dl water
  • salt and pepper

Let's get to work

  1. Prepare the couscous according to the directions on the packet.
  2. Cut the red bell pepper, red onion and large carrot into small cubes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables until done. Then set the vegetables aside.
  4. Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces.
  5. Mix the couscous with the vegetables and the kiwi.
  6. Cut the chives finely and mix them with the couscous.
