Ingredients

Vegetables optional
  • EAT ME mini corn
  • EAT ME mini beetroot
  • EAT ME sugar snaps
  • EAT ME mini zucchini
  • EAT ME mini carrots
  • 200 g snack cucumber
  • 100 g yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g red cherry tomatoes
  • 2 heads of red chicory
  • 2 heads of white chicory

Dip 1
  • 3 tbsp. yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Dip 2

  • 3 tbsp. yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. paprika powder

Dip 3

  • 3 tbsp. yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. parsley

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Put a pan with salted water on high heat and bring to a boil. Blanch the mini corn for about 4 minutes. Drain and then rinse with cold water.
  2. Put another pan with salted water on high heat and bring to a boil. Blanch the mini beetroots for about 6 minutes. Drain and then rinse with cold water.
  3. Remove the chicory leaves and rinse them. Then rinse the cherry tomatoes and snack cucumbers.
  4. Meanwhile, make the three sauces by mixing the three ingredients together.
