How about changing the ordinary mojito into an extraordinary one? Instead of sparkling water you use fresh coconut water to make this drink. Mmm nice!


  • 1 EAT ME young coconut
  • 2 EAT ME limes
  • 10 g EAT ME mint
  • 2 tbsp. of cane sugar
  • 140 ml white rum
  • ice cubes

Let's get to work

  1. Remove the plastic from the young coconut. Use a strong sharp knife to cut a circle around the top of the young coconut. Remove the piece you've cut out. Pour the coconut water into a jug.
  2. Wash the mint sprigs and remove the leaves of half the mint. Rinse the limes and cut into wedges.
  3. Put 2 lime wedges with about 10 mint leaves and the cane sugar in a glass and crush using a pestle. Then add another 2 lime wedges and fill the glass with ice.
  4. Pour the rum into the glass and fill the glass to the top with fresh coconut water.
  5. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
