  • Ciabatta with ricotta, basil and blackberries

  • 125 g EAT ME blackberries
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 15 g basil
  • 1 small red onion
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls
  • salt and pepper

Let's get to work

  1. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut into segments. Slice the red onion in half and cut into strips. Finely chop the basil.
  2. Put the ricotta in a mixing bowl and mix together with the cherry tomatoes, red onion, basil and the lime juice. Fold this mixture together slowly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the rolls in half and cover the bottom part with the ricotta.
  4. Garnish the rolls with blackberries.
