This chili soup is nice and spicy and super tasty. This is a real hearty soup because of the many ingredients. Would you prefer something less spicy? Then leave out the habanero and rawit peppers.

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME habanero chili
  • 1 EAT ME padron chili
  • 1 EAT ME rawit chili
  • 3 onions
  • 1 leek
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 200 g corn
  • 300 g kidney beans
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 can tomato cubes
  • 1 tbsp. paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp tex mex spices
  • 1 L of water
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Dice the onions, peppers and tomatoes and press the garlic. Wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut finely.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and the garlic. Add the mince and cook until done. Add all remaining ingredients and let the soup boil for 20 minutes on a low heat.
