  • Chicken Teriyaki with mangetout

Chicken Teriyaki is such an easy meal and you can add lots of vegetables. This dish can be ready in 20 minutes. Really handy!


  • 150 g EAT ME mangetout
  • 300 g basmati rice
  • 300 g chicken pieces
  • 75 g bean sprouts
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 tbsp. (sesame) oil
  • 3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • pepper & salt

Let's get to work

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken pieces.
  2. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the spring onion into 1 cm long pieces.
  4. Heat the oil in a wok and sear the chicken on all sides.
  5. Add the bell pepper and mangetout and fry for about 5 minutes. Then add the spring onion and the bean sprouts and fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the teriyaki sauce and serve with rice.
