  • Caribbean sweet corn with cayenne pepper

Add a little extra spice by adding freshly sliced cayenne pepper to your corn cobs. Your family will enjoy this side dish with a spicy Caribbean bite.

Ingredients

  • 4 EAT ME half sweet corn cobs on a stick
  • 1 EAT ME cayenne pepper
  • 2 EAT ME lime
  • 2 sprigs EAT ME coriander
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seed

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Cut the cayenne pepper in half, remove the seed and slice finely together with the coriander.
  2. Cut the lime in half. Squeeze the juice out by hand or use a fork.
  3. Mix the lime juice, honey and the olive oil together with the finely chopped cayenne pepper and the coriander.
  4. Add the sesame seeds.
  5. Heat the corn as instructed on the packaging.
  6. Drizzle the Caribbean dressing on the warm sweet corn.
