  • Breakfast bowl with kiwi berries

We'd love to have this for breakfast every day. This breakfast contains lots of vitamins and also looks great.

Ingredients

  • 125 g EAT ME kiwi berries
  • 2 EAT ME mangos
  • 125 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 1 EAT ME pomegranate
  • 1 L yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. grated coconut

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Cut the top off the pomegranate. Cut gently along the ridges from the top to the bottom. Open the fruit. Then remove the pomegranate seeds.
  2. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango slicer. Then cut some strips in the seedless flesh, without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the cubes from the mango.
  3. Rinse the kiwi berries and slice the berries in half.
  4. Then place the yoghurt in the bowls.
  5. Make a row with each type of fruit on top of the yoghurt.
  6. Sprinkle the grated coconut over the bowls.
