Start the day fit and energetic with a healthy smoothie made with fruit and vegetables. By adding oatmeal, the smoothie is filling and you get an instant fruit and vegetable boost.

Ingredients

  • 125 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 100 g spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 250 ml of coconut water
  • 20 g oatmeal

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Rinse the blueberries and mix with the other ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 large glasses.
