Scones have been eaten for years and go perfectly well with a high tea. We have made them a bit fluffier and added blueberries. This way you're not full after eating one scone, but you can eat two!

Ingredients

  • 150 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 500 g flour
  • 125 g (soft) butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 25 g baking powder

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C
  2. Use a mixer and mix the butter, icing sugar, honey, cinnamon and 2 eggs.
  3. Then add the flour and baking powder to the dough.
  4. Add the milk in two parts to the dough.
  5. Rinse the blueberries and mix into the dough.
  6. Make the scones and put them on a baking tray.
  7. Beat 1 egg and brush on the scones.
  8. Bake the scones in about 12 to 14 minutes until done.
