  • Bimi® with tagliatelle and grilled salmon

Would you like to make a quick and easy pasta meal? This perfect combination with Bimi® is very tasty.


  • 200 g EAT ME Bimi®
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 150 g tagliatelle
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 25 g flour
  • 25 g butter
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml cooking cream
  • ½ vegetable stock cube
  • pepper & salt

Let's get to work

  1. Pre heat oven to 180°C.
  2. In the meantime pour the olive oil in a grill pan and grill the salmon fillets for about 2 minutes
    until both sides are seared. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, make sure the butter doesn't turn brown. Add the flour.
    Let the butter and flour bind together on a low heat for about 3 minutes.
  4. On medium heat, add the milk and keep stirring the whole time until the lumps are gone.
    Turn heat down and while stirring add the cooking cream and the vegetable stock.
    Gently simmer for another 3 minutes.
  5. Slice the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds. Cut into small cubes and add to the sauce.
    Season the sauce to taste with pepper.
  6. Cook the salmon fillets in the oven for another 6 minutes.
  7. In the meantime blanch the Bimi® in boiling salt water.
  8. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet and rinse with cold water.
  9. Put the tagliatelle on the plates and place the salmon fillet and the bimi on top.
    Top it off with the paprika-cream sauce.
