This main course is full of colour, aroma and flavour! Place Bimi® in the shape of a Christmas tree in an oven dish and decorate with tomatoes for the Christmas balls. Now, doesn't that look festive?

Ingredients

  • 800 g EAT ME Bimi®
  • 200 g red cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 700 g beef tenderloin
  • 1 dl. olive oil
  • 50 g butter
  • salt and pepper

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Place the Bimi® in the shape of a Christmas tree on a baking tray.
  3. Spread the yellow and red cherry tomatoes over the Christmas tree.
  4. Sprinkle the Christmas tree with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle some olive oil on the Christmas tree.
  6. Sear the piece of tenderloin in the butter on all sides. Place the meat in an oven dish and put it in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Put the baking tray with Bimi® in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  8. Then remove the Bimi®and tenderloin from the oven. Cut the meat into slices and place on the Christmas tree.
  9. Pour a little gravy on top of the tenderloin.
