Delicious to serve at an Easter brunch: bagel with kiwi and smoked salmon. The colours of the dish go beautifully with Easter.


  • 4 EAT ME kiwis
  • 4 bagels
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 10 g chives
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • salt & pepper

Let's get to work

  1. Prepare the bagels in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Slice half the chives and mix together with the cream cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Peel the kiwis, cut in half and then into thin slices.
  4. Cut the bagels in half and cover the bottom halves with cream cheese. Place the kiwi slices and the smoked salmon on this.
  5. Decorate the bagels with a few sprigs of chives.
