How do you make a tasty and a healthy smoothie all at the same time? Use a creamy avocado as a base to give your power drink a full flavour. Your smoothie will be a real tasty sensation when you combine the right ingredients.


  • 1 EAT ME avocado
  • 2 bunches EAT ME mini paksoy
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 2 bananas
  • 200 ml (low-fat) yogurt
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey

Let's get to work

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
  2. Chop the mini paksoy and rinse.
  3. Cut the avocado all the way around, going as deep as the stone. Twist until you can pull the 2 halves apart.
    Remove the stone with a spoon and scoop the flesh out.
  4. Put the bananas, mini paskoy and the avocado in the blender or food processor.
    Add the milk, yogurt, honey and the lime juice immediately.
  5. Mix the ingredients for about 3 minutes until it has a smooth texture.
  6. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses.
