Avocado smoothie with mini paksoy

Preparation method

  1. Put the peeled bananas in the blender.
  2. Slice the avocado all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart and remove the stone. Spoon out the flesh and add to the banana.
  3. Squeeze the lime and add the juice. Slice the mini paksoy into chunks and add the yoghurt, milk and honey. Blend until you have a smoothie. Divide over two large glasses.

Extra texture? Then add four tablespoons of oatmeal.
