This is the easiest and most delicious pasta you will ever eat. Incredibly nutritious because of the avocado sauce and whole wheat pasta. Vegetarian aswell! Enjoy!


  • 2 EAT ME organic avocados
  • 15 g basil
  • 400 g whole grain spaghetti
  • 1 small shallot
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 250 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Grana Padano
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 200 ml water
  • salt & pepper

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the avocado all the way around, going as deep as the stone. Twist until you can pull the 2
  2. halves apart. Remove the stone, scoop out the flesh and put in a blender.
  3. Chop the shallot, press the garlic with a garlic press and add with the basil to the avocados.
  4. Add olive oil and water. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Prepare the fusilli according to the instructions on the packaging.
  7. Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until brown and let them cool down.
  8. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes and grate the Grana Padano.
  9. Drain the spaghetti and mix with the avocado sauce and cherry tomatoes.
  10. Evenly divide the spaghetti over the plates. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and Grana Padano.
