Forget the rich and heavy meals, salads are delicious in autumn too. Give it an earthy flavour by adding the rich taste of figs and mushrooms. This lukewarm autumn salad is quick and easy to prepare.


  • 4 EAT ME figs
  • 250 g mixed mushrooms
  • 75 g mixed salad
  • 125 g young goat cheese
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • pepper and salt

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 °C.
  2. Crumble the goat cheese into small pieces and place on a baking tray.
  3. Cut the figs vertically in half and set aside.
  4. Cut the mushrooms into large chunks.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake the goat cheese in the oven for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Also bake the figs along with the goat cheese for the last two minutes.
  7. Put the lettuce on the plates and sprinkle the mushrooms over it. Then arrange the figs and goat cheese on top of the salad.
  8. Sprinkle the hazelnuts over the salad and drizzle with honey.
