Cook this delicious main course for you and your friends or family. The paprika-honey-thyme marinade is a perfect combination and ensures the meat will get a delicious crispy crust, but will stay tender on the inside at the same time.


  • 3 EAT ME whole cobs of sweet corn
  • 5 g EAT ME thyme
  • 800 g ham
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp paprika powder

Let's get to work

  1. Pre heat oven to 160°C.
  2. Mix the honey and the paprika powder together in a bowl.
  3. Pat the ham dry with a paper kitchen towel. Use a brush to cover the ham with the honey-paprika powder.
  4. Rinse the thyme. Take the leaves off the thyme and sprinkle them over the ham.
  5. Place the ham in an oven tray and bake until done for about 25 minutes.
    Continue to brush the ham every 7 minutes with the honey-paprika mixture and the thyme.
  6. Take the ham from the oven and let it sit on an cooling rack for about 5 minutes.
  7. Place the sweet corn in the microwave according to the instructions on the package.
  8. Cut the ham into thin slices and put on the plates. Serve with the cobs of sweet corn.
