EAT ME mangos are always perfectly ready to eat. EAT ME mangos are recognisable by the purple EAT ME sticker. Mature mangos can be yellow, red or green, depending on the variety and the country they come from. The way to test its firmness is by touching it with your whole hand. Does it give a little? It is important not to squeeze the mango as it may get bruised.
A mature mango has a delicious sweet aroma.

How to cut a Mango?
