Did you know that plums taste fabulous in a salad? The sweet taste of plums goes well with the grilled aubergine, sun-dried tomatoes and avocado. This delightful salad is a guaranteed success, especially with the edible flowers!

Preparation method

  1. Arrange the mixed salad leaves in a large bowl or on a platter.
  2. Slice the aubergine into slices of 8 mm. Heat the grill pan and grill the aubergine in about 5 minutes under tender. Turn them halfway. Let the aubergine cool down slightly and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Meanwhile, slice the camembert and plums into wedges. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes. Divide these ingredients over the salad leaves.
  4. Slice the avocado all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Spoon out the stone. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Slice the avocado thinly and arrange the avocado and aubergine slices over the salad. Sprinkle with the dressing.
  5. For an extra touch, garnish the salad with some edible flowers.
