Carrots have always been eye-catching thanks to their vibrant summery colour. But they can be even more striking: as a mini vegetable. Yes, mini carrots do exist. These varieties do not exceed 10-12 cm in length.

## Preparation

Simply wash the EAT ME mini carrots before use. Then trim both ends. You can enjoy mini carrots raw, as well as cooking, baking, stir-frying, stewing or deep frying.

## Where do mini carrots come from?

The mini carrot is a real multinational, with widely ranging origins: The African continent (South Africa and Tanzania), South Europe (Spain and Portugal) and Europe (France and the Netherlands). Mini carrots start life as seeds and take 10-12 weeks to reach their maximum size. Harvesting is real handwork: pulling the carrots complete with foliage from the soil - but with extreme care!
